DelegateHash doesn't respect indifferent access unless bound

This is because the key gets used to store the config when the delegate is unbound. To truly solve this you might need to do something like:
unless bound?
delegate = delegates[key]
key, del = delegates.find do |key, value|
value == delegate
end
end
