Extra newlines on DOS

In the windows command prompt, the newlines in config documentation add extra, unsightly spaces:
--dta-to-mgf:proton-mass DTA_TO_MGF:PROTON_MASS
allows specification of an alternate proton
mass
This issue can be solved by omitting the \n in Option.to_s, but the best way to determine when to omit and when not to omit is debatable.
