Add a helpful message for suspected join error

For joins that muff the number of arguments coming into a task, give a helpful message suggesting splats or iterate.
Should address this type of situation (no splat on fragment)
% rap fragment APGFGDNR --: format_mgf --: dump
I[11:26:59] fragment APGFGDNR
I[11:26:59] ArgumentError wrong number of arguments (1 for 2)
