Server startup version error

When launching a tap server from the tap ubiquity command, I get an error caused by the wrong version of Tap being loaded.
- Install 0.2.0 and 0.3.0 (incompatible versions)
- tap start (fails, due to 0.2.0 being used in preference of 0.3.0)
- be sure to cleanup the ruby process afterwards
