Two levels of debug

There should be at least two levels of debug -- one for additional info (perhaps just verbose?) and one for true debugging information that is listed when $DEBUG is true.
The latter case includes app execution information (state, tasks, inputs, etc).

Handled RunErrors should print some more useful information; the error line for instance.
