Design Pattern FileTask Tests

Several file task test methods should be created for testing common patterns of input/output file naming, for example:
- Different folder, same basename
- Same folder, new standard extension
- Same folder, new standard basename
In addition these methods (and the other testing modules) should be tested in Rspec, to make sure they work.

- duplicate a folder structure for destructive modification (ex input to output... replicate(src, target))
