FileTask debug logging

FileTask should have debug logging for prepare/backup. It would be nice to see what files are being input and processed, so that you can see when something like:
I[11:53:46] ascii 1+_4hours_82_0001.dat
I[11:53:49] ascii 1+_4hours_82_0001.txt
I[11:53:49] RunError [0] RuntimeError Backup for C:/Documents and Settings/chi
angs/user/hansen_lab/data/Lauren/TG2/20080805/1+_4hours_82_0001.txt already exis

comes up. (the error is because both a .dat and .txt file are being input.... not exactly sure how it came about but I'm sure that's the cause)
