Currently no way to turn off redirections

One is programmed in, and made unreachable:


        # fetch redirections
        redirection_limit = opts[:redirection_limit] || 10
        redirection_limit ? fetch_redirection(res, redirection_limit) : res

This should preserve opts[:redirection_limit] if specified and nil.
