Default dump for run

Run should specify dump by default, which can be turned off with some flag.

Dump format should be able to be loaded by use directly... in short there should be some reliable sequence that indicates when the dump begins. The use option can read until that point, then start loading YAML.

The solution isn't great... all results are loaded at once and it is impossible to pick a subset of results to load. A load task is required, but that's beyond the scope of this ticket.
