IRB_EXIT error

Irb does something funny with it exits, resulting in an error message when tap console exits. To fix, get rid of exit statement at the end of tap.
Note this will make the after script NOT execute after the tap script finishes... only applicable if someone decides to load tap themselves. Perhaps some little hook could be used to remedy?
