Exe.run flubs stop/terminate

As written:

      queues.each_with_index do |queue, i|
        app.queue.concat(queue)
        app.run
      end

if app stops, run will finish and the loop continues on... so not only will run restart, it will restart with two rounds concatenated (double error).
